Dear Paradise Canyon Community,
Welcome to Paradise Canyon Elementary School, home of the Cougars! Since 1949, PCY has paired a legacy of academic excellence—including National Blue Ribbon and California Distinguished School honors—with a nurturing, family-oriented environment.
While I’m new to the role of principal this year, I’ve worked closely with PCY students and staff over the past decade, and I can proudly attest to the unique spirit that defines PCY. This school thrives because of the absolute dedication of our teachers and staff, the infectious joy of our TK-6th grade students, and the unmatched partnership we share with our families. Spend a few minutes on our campus and you’ll feel the magic.
Currently, our campus is under construction as we add new classrooms and facilities. While this physical work is underway, we can already feel inspired with the vision of where we’re headed. This mirrors our educational mission: we see each one of our students as a unique learner with incredible potential, and purposefully help each one build the foundational skills, interests, and abilities they need to thrive both at school and in the wider community.
